In-Store Shopping

Service Description

In-Store shopping is available by appointment only for local customers. All customers are encouraged to shop for yarn online and utilize curb-side pickup, but local customers can schedule an appointment for items such as needles, accessories, books and patterns which are not available online. To comply with the City of Jackson's executive orders and store policy, customers will be required to wear masks at all times while in the store regardless of vaccination status and must social distance. Appointments are available for a single individual at a time for the purpose of purchasing items only. Customers who desire project or pattern help should instead contact the store to schedule a private lesson as the help desk remains closed. Appointments are limited to fifteen (15) minutes in length and will be confirmed by the Knit Studio in advance. Only one appointment per day will be approved per customer due to the limited number of time slots and staff availability.
